As a self-taught artist, Myriam has painted since childhood. Her identity and background are the central points of her compositions, and the presence of women and masks are constant in her artistic practice. She works mainly in wood and integrates various materials into her creations, such as wax and cowrie shells that sometimes have a dialogue with newspaper clippings, phrases that inspire her, or even shells found on the shores of lac Léman.
